The dress was not the correct color. The sizing didn't match measurements. I did not reach out for assistance because many other comments said it was a waste of time, which I do not have to spare. This boils down to, I should be able to at least receive the color I ordered. Or be notified they no longer have said color and offer me the option of simply not going through with the order in the first place. This was disappointing, but not surprising. I gambled and lost. I wouldn't ever purchase something from them again. They had their chance.
